I would like to congratulate the 2019-2020 Rochester Prepare 4 Scholarship recipients Cierra Young and Pray Meh. Cierra will be studying Pre-Law at Geneseo State University and Pray Meh will be studying to become a Physical Therapist while attending Roberts Wesleyan University
